I've had many massages in the Baton Rouge area and I have to say the best by far is Ability. My doctor recommended them for my chronic shoulder pain. So glad he did. After 4 visits my pain is much more tolerable. So nice to feel like myself again! The atmosphere is so nice...quiet, clean and relaxing. Everyone was very friendly and professional. Very easy to schedule my appointments online too.

My doctor sent me to Ability to "try" for 4 weeks. When the 4 weeks was up not only could I not believe how much better I was, but my doctor said that he was so relieved because he felt for certain he was about to have to take me back into the OR. I thought massage was only an indulgent luxury, but I couldn't have been more wrong.

I came in to purchase a package for my husband. Needless to say I was impressed at first glance. Your place is very clean and quaint, however the most impressive was the scripture posted at the reception desk! Your receptionist is as "sweet as pie" so I know my husband will love his experience. Ability is beautiful, peaceful, and professional. The staff was very attentive and I loved the extra touches - like bringing me water and a neck massage pillow while I waited. I was having neck tension and headaches and my therapist knew exactly how to massage and treat me and she gave me the tools to self-massage when I feel a migraine coming on.

I have been to a lot of spa's in the last 7 years or so and I will tell you I was impressed by my first visit. The staff is very friendly and helpful. My therapist was very sweet and most of all she is very good at her job and it is very hard to find a therapist that takes their time to make sure you feel better. All in all I couldn't be more satisfied with your spa and its staff. Thank you very much and I will be in touch soon to set up a follow up appointment.
